AI for Copywriters in the spotlight at the Female Copywriters Meetup by IDEADECO in Nafplio, Greece on 31 October 2026.

Some of the most valuable professional conversations happen when people are willing to share what they know, question what they have learned, and listen to experiences different from their own. Yesterday, in the beautiful city of Nafplio, Greece, we had the pleasure of bringing together an extraordinary community of women who understand exactly why these conversations matter.

The Future of Copywriting Is Unfolding: 50 Women, 10 Countries, One Meetup in Nafplio

Our latest Female Copywriters Meetup by IDEADECO welcomed professional copywriters and tech-oriented female entrepreneurs representing ten countries: Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Lithuania, the United Kingdom, Austria, Albania, and Switzerland.

We came together to exchange knowledge, discuss the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence on our profession, explore new working methodologies, and strengthen the professional relationships that make our community so valuable.

But this gathering also marked a particularly meaningful milestone for IDEADECO Agency. For the first time since we started organizing our professional meetups in 2015, we brought together a community of more than 50 tech-oriented female entrepreneurs. What began as an initiative to connect people through meaningful professional conversations has grown into an international network of women who actively participate in technological change.

And we could not be happier about it.

When Women Share Knowledge, Entire Communities Move Forward

One of the greatest strengths of an international professional community is the diversity of experience around the same table. Although we work in related fields, our markets, clients, professional environments, and business challenges are not identical.

That’s what makes the exchange so valuable.

During our meetup, we explored AI best practices for copywriters, discussed real-world professional challenges, and experimented with different approaches to AI integrations and working methodologies. We were interested in how these developments can help us improve our work, use our time better, and create more sustainable opportunities for our businesses.

There is a significant difference between reading about a new technology and discussing its practical implications with professionals who are already testing it in their daily work. The second gives you something a tutorial or product demonstration cannot always provide: perspective.

AI Is Changing Copywriting. Our Professional Judgment Still Matters.

Artificial Intelligence is already influencing how content is researched, developed, optimized, and distributed. It is changing client expectations, introducing new business models, and encouraging all of us to reconsider established workflows. For professional copywriters, this creates both opportunities and responsibilities.

Learning to use AI tools matters, but knowing when, why, and how to apply them matters just as much. Technology can support our productivity and expand our capabilities, but it does not automatically provide the experience, judgment, cultural understanding, or creative direction that professional communication requires.

That is why our conversations in Nafplio were so eye-opening about using AI tools more effectively. We focused on becoming better at what we do while learning how to integrate new technologies into our professional lives with purpose. We firmly believe the future of copywriting belongs to professionals who combine technological competence with independent thinking, creativity, and a genuine understanding of human communication.

And the women in our community are determined to be part of that future.

From Our First Meetups in 2015 to an International Community

When we began organizing professional meetups in 2015, our intention was straightforward: to create opportunities for people to meet, exchange knowledge, support one another, and develop meaningful professional relationships. More than a decade later, we still believe that these connections are among the most valuable investments we can make in our professional lives.

The tools have changed. The conversations have evolved. Artificial Intelligence has introduced questions we could hardly have anticipated when our first gatherings took place. Yet the human need for connection, mutual respect, practical knowledge, and professional encouragement remains remarkably consistent.

Reaching the milestone of more than 50 tech-oriented female entrepreneurs at our Nafplio meetup is important because of what it represents. Women from different countries, backgrounds, and business environments are creating space for collaboration, sharing their experience, and taking an active role in shaping how technology is used in their professions.

This kind of professional community does not appear overnight. It grows through consistency, trust, and people’s willingness to give their time and knowledge to one another.

The Best Conversations Often Continue Around the Lunch Table

Of course, no IDEADECO meetup would feel complete without good food and the opportunity to enjoy the place hosting us. After our professional discussions, we continued our gathering over a late lunch at one of Nafplio’s wonderful restaurants. It was another chance to connect beyond our screens, continue our conversations, and enjoy the company of women whose professional experiences span Europe.

We have always appreciated this part of our meetups. Not every meaningful professional connection begins with a formal introduction. Sometimes it starts with a question over coffee, an unexpected shared experience, or a conversation over lunch that continues long after the event ends. These moments matter just as much as the organized discussions.

What Comes Next for Our Female Copywriters Community?

Our Nafplio meetup reminded us why we continue investing time and energy in bringing professionals together. We need more opportunities for women to exchange practical knowledge about Artificial Intelligence, digital business, copywriting, and entrepreneurship. We need environments where experience is valued, questions are welcomed, and professional growth is not treated as an individual competition.

Most importantly, we need to recognize that women are not simply adapting to technological developments. They are experimenting, building businesses, exchanging expertise, and contributing to the direction of their industries.

Yesterday, we celebrated an important milestone for our community. Today, we are already thinking about the conversations we will have next, the collaborations that may grow from this gathering, and the opportunities we can continue creating together. And the new plans are on the table!

Since 2015, one principle has remained at the heart of every IDEADECO meetup: professional knowledge becomes more valuable when we share it.

A heartfelt thank you to every woman who joined us in Nafplio and contributed her time, ideas, enthusiasm, and experience. We still have so much to learn, create, and accomplish together. And that, to us, is the most exciting part.

Hint: The next meetup will take place in Athens. Check out the announcemnets feed.
