Piraeus Welcomes Run Greece Piraeus 2024! Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 22nd, at 7:00 PM because Piraeus is hosting the exciting Run Greece Piraeus 2024, one of the country’s most celebrated athletic traditions.

For the first time, Piraeus will be the vibrant stage for this spectacular race, organized by SEGAS in partnership with the Region of Attica, the Municipality of Piraeus, and the EAS SEGAS Piraeus & Southwestern Attica.

This major athletic event will unite thousands of participants, boosting the local running movement and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Run Greece Piraeus 2024 will feature three routes: a 10 km race, a 5 km race, and a special kids’ race.

Runners are expected to enjoy every step of the course, as this will be the first evening race of the Run Greece series this year.

Race Start Times:

• 10 km Race: 7:00 PM
• Kids’ Race: 8:30 PM
• 5 km Race: 8:30 PM

The Course:

Runners will follow this scenic route: Vassileos Georgiou, Iroon Polytechniou, Chatzikiriakou, Thoukididou, Theotokis, Freattidos, Zanni, Char. Trikoupi, Polytechniou, B’ Merarchias, Lambraki, and back to Vassileos Georgiou. See the map here.

Registration:

Registrations for the Piraeus race, subject to availability, will be open on Friday (21/6) from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday (22/6) from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ionideios Model High School of Piraeus (Sotiriou Dios 17, Ground Floor).
